I/We provide the above information to Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the "Bank") for the purpose of examining my/our above Hire Purchase Application . I/We agree that the responsible officer of the Bank may contact the Dealer to inform the latter about the status of my/our application and / or whether it has been approved or not by the Bank, as well as about its progress till the final execution of the Hire Purchase Agreement (if such execution takes place).
