1bank continues to enhance and pioneers by providing you now access to other Banks’ accounts through the new Mobile Banking App and Internet Banking. You don’t have to go from one app or website to another anymore. You can have your accounts in one place by just adding them in 1bank Internet & Mobile Banking.
More specifically, in addition to your existing access to your personal and authorized Bank of Cyprus accounts, which can be managed via 1bank Internet & Mobile Banking, you can now securely connect your accounts held in other UK Banks,

How to connect your accounts through Mobile Banking App
If you are an individual subscriber of 1bank, through the "Accounts" tab you will find the new option "Other Banks". By selecting "Add New Accounts" and following a few simple steps, you can complete the process of connecting your accounts with the above Banks. If you are a company 1bank subscriber, the same procedure can be done through the "Clients" tab.
How to connect your accounts through Internet Banking
Under the menu option "Settings > Other Bank Acc/Access MGNT”, you will find the options "Connect/Manage Other Bank Accounts” and “Manage BOC Accounts Access”.
By selecting the option "Connect/Manage Other Bank Accounts”, you can then select the Bank of your choice and complete the process of connecting your accounts with the above Banks.
By selecting the option “Manage BOC Accounts Access” you can get information or delete access to Bank of Cyprus accounts that you may have authorized to manage via online banking platforms of other Banks.
In order to connect and get access to your accounts held with the above Banks, you must have access to their Online Banking System.
After the successful connection of other Banks’ accounts to 1bank Mobile Banking App, you will be able to have access to your account balances and account details as well as to the transaction history.
